Roman Dish

For my Latin 5-6 project I had to do something Roman. So I cooked. I made Roman Sweet Bread/Cake. It consists of 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. rosemary, 2 tsp. baking powder, and 2 cup wheat flour. Then add 1 egg, 3/4 cup milk, 4 tbsp. honey, and 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate. Mix and pour in to pan. Put into oven for 30 minutes at 375 F. Once out pour honey on top and sprinkle almonds on. This recipe is adapted from The Roman Cookery of Apicius, translated and adapted for the modern kitchen by John Edwards (not the govt. official)

Feast Of Love

Today, Allie, my mom, and I saw this new movie called Feast of Love. It was very good, but I do not recommend it for the little ones!
